Rebate Check for RainScapes Program

Rebate checks are contingent on multiple required documentation being filed with the DEP, including a preapproved plan, receipts, a signed and submitted property owner agreement. Projects must have a successful final inspection conducted by DEP Staff members. Rebate checks are usually generated within 6 weeks after DEP accepts the finished project and all required documentation has been submitted. The submission requirements are detailed on the application.
