Vote by mail (VbM)ballots (which replaced absentee ballots) will be mailed on Friday September 20, 2024. The deadline to request a ballot to begin to be mailed is Tuesday October 29. However, if needed, voters can request a mail in ballot in person at the Board of Elections no later than 8:00 PM on election day. The Board of Elections is located at: 18753, Suite 210, N. The voted Vote-by-Mail Ballot must either be brought to the Board of Elections (BOE) office, polling place, deposited in designated Election Drop Box or mailed in. S. may vote a ballot issued by their former Local Board of Elections office in Maryland.
