Montgomery County Central Vendor Registration System Issues

For logon credentials: The email address and password assigned to you as a supplier when you first signed on and were created as a supplier are your credentials. If you do not have logon credentials or forgot them, the office can provide you with them. To correct or change a supplier or vendor or individual name in the system an updated copy of your W9, stating the new legal name and current taxpayer ID is needed. For issues with taxpayer ID, it depends upon the specific issues, however, a copy of your IRS SS-4 form stating the legal name and taxpayer ID will be needed.

The County does not allow for changing a taxpayer IDs once the registration has been accepted. When this is the case, a new vendor registration will be needed. Once the new registration has been accepted, the old vendor registration will be deleted.

If your registration is noted as "inactive" which may happen if the account has not been used or hasn't been accessed over an extended period, an updated copy of your W9 is needed and the office will verify CVRS registration and submit to Montgomery County for synchronization.
