The Office of Human Resources (OHR) with Montgomery County is informing retirees that incorrect 2024 rates were sent by VOYA (the County's benefits provider) to retirees who pay premiums via Direct Bill. Please disregard the information received from VOYA regarding 2024 premiums.

OHRs health insurance team has mailed 2024 Confirmation Statements to retirees, showing correct premium payments due. Payments should be made according to the amount as noted in this statement.

There is a 45-day grace period so payments are due and should be postmarked no later than 2/15/2024. If you are set up for ACH payments, please review your records and compare to the premium balance due on the confirmation statement. If this information does not match call VOYA at 1-888-401-3539, option 2.
