The Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) has designated housing for low-income elderly (ages 62 or older) and disabled households. Interested parties may apply for HOC's Public Housing programs. The entrance to the new HOC Service Center located at: 16105 Columbus Avenue, Suite #200, is on Columbus Avenue, not Gramercy Blvd.
