County-maintained roadway curbs and gutters are the responsibility of the Division of Highway Services. To repair a County-maintained curb or gutter, please create a service request and fill out the required fields, provide a brief description of the issue and indicate if the curb/gutter is asphalt or concrete. If the road is a numbered route such as Rte. 355, 117, please contact Maryland State Highway at 301.513.7300 OR 410.582.5650 (out of normal business hours). The Operations Center is 800.543.2515.

A representative will investigate the service request within five (5) business days.
