Changes cannot be made to 2026 Open Enrollment elections after the Open Enrollment deadline at 5:00 PM on October 24, 2025. Corrections will only be made with validation of errors confirmed by self-service confirmation statements. Employees who receive an incorrect confirmation statement via mail should notify the OHR Health Insurance Team in writing at
[email protected] and must include a copy of both the self-service confirmation statement printed after electing coverage and the confirmation statement received in the mail from the Health Insurance Team.
