Rapid Re-Housing is a time-limited housing intervention available to homeless households in Montgomery County. Households experiencing homelessness are assessed for services through the Department of Health and Human Services, Services to Prevent and End Homelessness (SEPH or Emergency Services). Rapid Re-housing programs are operated by SEPH and through contractors, which offer a time limited housing subsidy and supportive services to move and stabilize homeless households into permanent housing.
