Employees must use the Employee Self-Service Benefits system to make their Open Enrollment elections or changes. Visit the Open Enrollment website and click on the Enroll Now page to access detailed instructions. Open Enrollment begins October 6, 2025, and all changes and documentation must be received by the Open Enrollment deadline at 5:00 PM on October 24, 2025.

Note: Health insurance plans that are not changed will continue to show earlier effective dates.
