Participating Agency Employee - Open Enrollment

This year's Open Enrollment begins October 6, 2025, and ends October 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Changes made during Open Enrollment period will be effective January 1, 2026. Participating Agency employees can enroll or make changes to their health insurance elections through the Open Enrollment website. Click on the Enroll Now section of the Open Enrollment website and click on the "Participating Agency Employees Enroll Here" button. After completing the SeamlessDocs form, save a copy for your records. All changes and documentation must be received by the Open Enrollment deadline at 5:00 PM on October 24, 2025.
