The RainScapes program promotes and implements projects on residential, institutional, and commercial properties to reduce storm water pollution. The County offers technical and financial assistance (in the form of rebates) to encourage property owners to implement eligible RainScapes techniques on their property.

Private property owners may participate in the RainScapes Rewards Rebate Program for both technical and fiscal support. Technical information is available online at Rainscapes.org; helpful guides on how to design, design templates and more is available. Non profit organizations may propose to use RainScapes techniques when they apply for a Clean Water Montgomery Grant.

For inquiries requiring the response of a DEP investigator, requestors will typically be contacted within 3 days although resolution of the issue may take longer depending on the circumstances of the case.
