Department of Transportation, Division of Highway Services will respond and assist individuals to recover items from County maintained storm drains (including keys or cell phones, etc.) during Highway Depot operating hours (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM). Incidents after normal hours, will be addressed the next business day.

The County maintains storm drains also in the municipality of Chevy Chase Village, Town, Section 3 and North.

A representative will investigate and respond to service requests within one (1) business day.
