The Department of Transportation, Division of Highway Services will collect litter or trash from County roadways and right-of-ways. If the road is a numbered route such as Rte. 355, 117, please contact Maryland State Highway at 301.513.7300 OR 410.582.5650 (out of normal business hours). The Operations Center is 800.543.2515. Municipalities such as City of Rockville (240.314.8500) and Gaithersburg (301.258.6370) are responsible for their own roadways within their city limits.

Please complete all of the fields in the Contact Information section, provide the location in the Service/Incident Address information section and provide a brief description of the request in the Brief Description field.

A representative will investigate and respond to service requests within five (5) business days.
