To receive a refund for alcohol purchased at an Alcohol Beverage Services (ABS) store, customers should return to the store where the purchase was made and bring the receipt within 30 days. If the product is in condition to be resold, ABS will refund the purchase price by the same method as the original purchase. If the original purchase was made using cash and is $100 or over, a check will be sent to the customer. Customers cannot exchange a product for a different item without an original paper receipt dated within 30 days of purchase. Refrigerated items are not eligible for return. If the product has been opened and the customer believes it has gone bad, a refund or exchange can be made as long as 75% of the product remains.
