Executive Regulation 11-18 - Requirements and Procedures for the MPDU Program

Executive Regulation 11-18 updates and replaces the current MPDU Executive Regulation. It has been published in the September 2018 County Register. The deadline for the 30-day comment period is September 30, 2018. Questions and comments about the regulation can be submitted by Service Request or by emailing mpdu.intake@montgomerycountymd.gov. Copies of the regulation are available by clicking the links below.
