Next Step in the MPDU Home Ownership Program Following Completion of the MPDU Orientation Seminar

The next step in the MPDU Home Ownership Program following the MPDU Orientation Seminar is to sign up for the MPDU Application Session. Please go to the MPDU webpage and register online. Walk-ins applications will not be accepted. The link for signing up for the MPDU Application classes is below. These instructions are included in the materials given out at the MPDU Orientation Seminar. Participants must read the materials given to them.

When attending the Application Class, please bring a completed application form signed by all adults in the household, the First-Time Homebuyer Certificate, the most recent tax return for all adult members in the household, 2 most recent paystubs (4, if paid weekly) for each adult member in the household, and a pre-qualification letter from an HOC approved lender. The application will not be accepted if all the required documentation is not provided.
