Application Process for Residential Solar Permits

All applications must be completed online. It is the applicant's responsibility to protect their own login and passwords providing them only to those they deem fit for the purposes of their business dealings. DPS does not have access to Online passwords as they are private to each account holder.

Permits must be applied for electronically via Apply Online. Electronic permit applications can be made at any time. Unless exempt by State law, a non-refundable filing fee must be paid at application. Acceptable methods of payment are credit card, electronic check or via escrow. Cash is only accepted if paid in person. Plans must be submitted electronically using the DPS eServices system. The applicant must adhere to the ePlans submittal guidelines for fire alarm permits.

Please complete all of the fields in the Contact Information section, provide the property address in the Service/Incident Address information section and provide a brief description of the request in the Brief Description field.
