Lobbyists must register themselves within 5 days of receiving or spending certain amounts for lobbying activities. A filing fee of $125 per lobbyist per registration is required. Registration is electronic. To register, go to the form on the Lobbying section of the Ethics Commission website and follow the detailed instructions on filing the registration.
