Fuel Energy Tax Information

Sec.52-14 (a) of the County Code, a fuel-energy tax is levied and imposed on every person transmitting, distributing, manufacturing, producing, or supplying electricity, gas, steam, coal, fuel oil, or liquefied petroleum gas in the County. A Fuel-Energy Tax Application form must be submitted to establish a fuel-energy tax account or public utility-fuel energy tax account. Please click on the link below for further information.
