The number for an individual streetlight pole is located approximately 8-10 feet above the ground level and facing the road. Montgomery County only manages the maintenance of streetlights that are mounted on fiberglass or metal poles; wooden poles are the responsibility of PEPCO and poles on a private street or communities are the responsibility of the homeowner's association or municipality.
