Call-n-Ride Complaint or Supervisor Request

Clients may create a Service Request to make a complaint or speak to a Supervisor about the Call-n-Ride program, Call-n-Ride customer service or Call-n-Ride program staff.

If the issue is about a swipe card payment and credit, please allow 5-7 business days for processing of the payment once it is received by the Call-n-Ride office.
