Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) Program Income Limits

The Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) program has both minimum and maximum income limits that apply to purchase applicants and prospective tenants. The maximum income limits are updated annually, usually in April of each year.

The minimum income limit necessary for the Purchase Program is $40,000.

The minimum income limit for the Rental Program is set by the leasing office and varies from property to property. The rental management company may determine that a tenant is eligible based on the tenant's past rental history credit score, rental subsidies, or other sources of income.
