Any non-voter who accompanies a voter into the voting booth, including an Election Judge, must complete a voter assistance form. Children, age 17 or under, are exempt from this requirement and may accompany a voter into the voting booth without completing a Voter Assistance Form. Refer to election judge manual for a list of individuals prohibited from providing assistance.
