Participants who have questions about the Call-n-Ride swipe card or account transactions, please contact CNR/MJM Customer Service office at 1.800.980.6564 Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
CNR Swipe Card balance can be obtained 24 hours a day by calling CNR/MJM automated support line at 1.800.980.6564 and pressing #1. You will need to provide last digit of your swipe card to get balance.
For other CNR account information (Recertification, expired accounts, account changes, booking trips for medical appointments (only) outside Montgomery County), please contact CNR Program Office at 301.948.5409 (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
