MCG is changing COBRA administrators effective September 1, 2025 from Voya to Flexible Benefit Administrators (FBA). This change impacts COBRA-enrolled and COBRA-eligible participants. August will be the last month that COBRA payments should be made to Voya. September COBRA premiums must be made to FBA. A welcome letter from FBA will be mailed to impacted member homes the week of July 15, 2025. Please refer to the welcome letter from FBA for details and contact FBA directly with any questions.
