If you are having difficulty navigating the Rental Housing Portal, please consult the Rental Portal User Guide, which can be found on DHCA's webpage under the Rental Housing Portal tab (see link below). If, after consulting the guide, you are still having trouble and would like to be contacted, you may submit a request by clicking on the Create Service Request button below. Please complete all the fields in the Contact Information section, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and briefly describe the request in the Brief Description field.
