Open Enrollment System Error for Current Dependents

After 2021, re-enrolling a dependent removed during the Bolton recertification cannot be done on-line. You must submit an SR in order to receive access to the online Enrollment Form. When enrolling new dependents the appropriate documentation is required. Dependents already having coverage prior to 2024 do not need additional documentation.
