Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance Officer Role and Responsibility

The County's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all of Montgomery County Government's programs and services are accessible to people with disabilities; responding to any disability related complaints and grievances about County programs and services; and providing information on how to request assistance (ex. sign language interpreters, alternate format documents to participate in a County program or service.
