Maryland Public Information Act (MPIA) requests for video footage on board a Ride On bus must be submitted in writing to: MCDOT-MPIA Requests, c/o Brady Goldsmith, 101 Monroe Street, 10th Floor, Rockville, MD 20850. The MPIA request will be responded to within thirty (30) days (including possible denial. Depending on the model and age of the bus, Transit only keeps video footage for 7 - 30 days; hence the video footage may not be available (recorded over) if the request is submitted too late.
