Once you have entered all required information into ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, you must submit your benchmarking report DEP by first connecting and sharing your properties in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and then claiming and submitting your report via the Montgomery County Building Energy Benchmarking Reporting Portal.
