The Dental Services program provides dental care to seniors 60 years and older. If eligibility has already been determined, contact one of the following numbers for dental care clinics: for the main office (Rockville) location at 1401 Rockville Pike, Suite 300 North, Rockville 20852, dial: 240.777.1875; Silver Spring: 240.777.3135; Colesville: 240.777.4471; and 240.773.0304 for Gaithersburg. Appointments need to be scheduled at any of the locations, there are no walk ins for service.

If an application needs to be made in order to become eligible for dental service, apply at one of the following Health Care Eligibility (HCEU) Offices: Silver Spring Health Center, 8630 Fenton Street, 10th floor, Silver Spring, Md. 20910; Upcounty Regional Services Center, 12900 Middlebrook Road, 2nd Floor, Germantown, MD. 20874; Woodmont Health Center, 1401 Rockville Pike, 1st Fl. North, Rockville, MD. 20852. Office hours are: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (arrive by 3:00 PM). You may also see link below for a downloadable/fillable application. Once an application is submitted, an applicant will be mailed approval or denial notifications for program submitted. Contact 311 during regular business hours to speak with a customer service representative.
