The Montgomery County (MoCo) Service Consolidation Hubs are a partnership of eight community based organizations and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), with collaboration from other nonprofit partners to serve MOCO residents in need with food and other resources. Offerings include (but may not be limited to):

Free food at weekly drive-through and walk-in distribution sites.

Diapers and some baby needs.

Home delivery of food, prepared meals and other necessities for COVID-19 affected households and those experiencing emergencies or transportation barriers.

Case management and connection with other resources and County services.
