Once a user has registered in the Alert Montgomery System, they may retrieve their username and reset their password by going online. On the "Alert Montgomery Login Page", click on the words "Forgot Username" and then enter the registration email and the username will be emailed to the user. For password assistance, click the words "Forgot Password" and enter username, registered email, security question and security answer and a link to reset the password will be emailed to the user.
