Pollution from a variety of sources can contaminate creeks and streams, causing discoloration, odors, or other conditions that are unnatural. The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) investigates these problems to determine if they pose a hazard to human health or the environment. Please complete all required fields, and provide your name, phone, email, date, time, address/nearest landmark, and issue being reported. An investigator from DEP will typically contact the requestor within 3 business days, although resolution of the issue may take longer depending on the circumstances of the case.
