Non-Receipt of Tax Bill

Tax bills are mailed in July, and it is up to the homeowner to notify the County if they do not receive one. If a resident has not received their tax bill, they can check the County website to view their tax bill online and print a copy. Often, a taxpayer may have forgotten to notify the State Assessment office of a change in their mailing address, therefore they do not receive the tax bill. Please note that failure to receive a tax bill does not relieve taxpayers of their obligation to pay the tax bill nor to pay with interest and penalty if late.
