Durable medical equipment (DME) in good working condition is accepted for drop-off in the upper lot of the Shady Grove Transfer Station. For more information, please click on link 1 and 2 below.
For large, heavy items or ten (10) or more items to be donated, a collection pick-up can be scheduled at dme.mdoa@maryland.gov or at 240-230-8000. For a receipt of your donation, please make a list of the item(s), take a photo of the item(s) in the donation container, and email to dme.mdoa@maryland.gov.
