Consumer Complaints in Foreign Languages

The Office of Consumer Protection has an online complaint form that can be translated into many different languages. Customers may use the Google "Translate" feature which is found at the bottom of all web pages.

The online complaint form can only accept the Latin alphabet. For other alphabets, please print out the complaint form after Google Translate is used, fill out manually, and mail, fax or email to OCP. Alternatively, you may type out the complaint and attach it to the form. The signature authorizing OCP's investigation on your behalf is crucial so please make sure that is signed when submitting a complaint (form and/or letter). The OCP has non-English speaking staff and volunteers on hand regularly and can provide translation and interpretation services as needed.
