The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) Transit Services will adjust 20 Ride On bus route schedules starting Sunday, September 6, 2026, to improve efficiency, service delivery, and on-time performance.
Changes also reflect the new US29 Flash Blue line extension into Howard County. This is a partnership between our two Counties that will extend public transportation service to and from Howard and Montgomery Counties. Route changes include:
- Nineteen (19) routes have timetable changes: 1, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 26, 33, 34, 37, 38, 40, 41, and 47
- Flash Blue has new trips times and locations due to the new extension to Howard County
