To receive a ballot, voters must complete an electronic application available on 777vote.org . Please note that while submission may be electronic, the processing of the applications is still manual, thus it is not immediate. You may also return a complete and signed application to the Board of Elections. Ballots are mailed to registered voters who submit timely completed and signed applications.
