Approved applicants receive a Montgomery County MPDU Certificate of Eligibility that enables them to enter a random selection drawing for any available MPDUs they wish to purchase. To participate in the drawings: 1) certificate must not be expired; 2) have a mortgage prequalification letter amount equal to or greater than the sales price of the available property (for example, if the listing price is $156,000, then your preapproval loan amount should be no less than $156,000); 3) have a household size appropriate for the number of bedrooms in the property. To view current listings of For Sale MPDU Properties: New and Resale, refer to the second link. The Random Selection Drawing (RSD) results are listed after the drawing is held. The builder's sales staff will contact the applicants in the order listed on the results page.

Only for MPDU Resale units, an Open House Number is required. You must contact the realtor listed on the flyer to obtain the Open House Number or Offering Code, then enter your selection for the drawing that you wish to participate in.
