Employees may be eligible for a service increment on their increment date, if they are not already at the maximum salary of their grade. Employees who are close to the maximum salary for their grade will receive the percentage without exceeding the maximum salary for the grade range. The service increment is effective on the first day of the pay period in which the employee's increment date falls. To find your increment date, log into ePortal Employee Self Service (ESS) and select "My Information." For additional information, contact your department HR Liaison.
