The Length of Service (LOS) program recognizes employees for their dedicated years of service to the County. The County recognizes the achievements of employees who have been employed by Montgomery County Government in increments of 5 years. At the end of every calendar year, the Office of Human Resources provides departments with a list of names, certificates and lapel pins to be distributed to individuals in their department who have met a milestone.
