The Office of Human Resources (OHR) is located in the Executive Office Building, 101 Monroe Street, 7th Floor, Rockville, MD 20850. The Professional Learning & Organizational Development and Occupational Medical Services teams are located at 27 Courthouse Square, Fourth Floor, Rockville, MD 20850, through the back entrance facing East Jefferson Street. OHR is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for walk-ins. There is public and meter parking near these buildings. Free parking is available to employees in the Council Office Building (COB) garage on the bottom level with a County ID badge.
