County employees, contractors, volunteers, and interns who have a County Single Sign-On and need assistance logging into ePortal should contact the IT Help Desk at 240-777-2828 or

Contractors, interns, community partners, and other participating learners who do not have County Single Sign On should click on the "AccessMCG Extranet" link then click the "forgot password" button and respond to the security questions initially set up to reset the password. Individuals new to the system should click the "New User" button and follow the instructions.
