Attended all MPDU Classes Did Not Submit Application

Only individuals who validate their attendance at the First-Time Homebuyer Class and the Orientation Seminar will receive a link with instructions to create their portal account, where one can take the Application Tutorial, upload the required documents, and submit an application. To successfully validate your attendance: 1) MPDU Classes must have been taken within the past two years. 2) Name, last name, and email must be the same used for all class registrations- any inconsistencies with this information will delay the process because the system will not recognize that you attended a class. 3) Have the Orientation ID number assigned to you.

If you took All MPDU classes less than two years ago, click on the first link to be directed to the Application Tutorial instructions and carefully review the MPDU application checklist before you apply.

To retrieve your Orientation ID, click on the second link, then refer to the top of the form. Enter name, last name and the email used when you registered for the Orientation Seminar. If you do not get any results, this means that you have not taken the Orientation Seminar; there may be inconsistencies with class records; or you attended a recent class for which the office has not finalized the attendee report (reports are updated in the system about 3 to 4 weeks after the class and DHCA will not have a record of your attendance before then); and /or one or two classes have expired and you must re-take them. Please go to the third link and follow the instructions to retake any expired class.
