The TESS Center is open for brief services on a walk-in basis, from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM Tuesday through Friday. To make an afternoon appointment, contact: 240.773.8260.

Latino Health Initiative/Health Promoters: 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month, 9:00 AM until 11:30 AM contact 240.777.3221.
Pro Bono/Legal Services: 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month, Sign In 6:00 to 6:30 PM (Bar Foundation of Mo. Co.), 301.424.7651.
Coffee Chat/IMPACT Silver Spring: 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month, 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 301.298.5117.
VITA Tax Program: 240.777.1123 is not at TESS this season. Services have moved to first floor of Rockville for the rest of the season.
Standby Guardianship: Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Appointments preferred, contact 240.535.5966
