Parking Meter Broken, Ticket or Lost Money

In the event a parking meter malfunctioned or a parking ticket was issued on a broken meter with time remaining, please contact Parking Citation Services at 240.453.0113. Please identify the parking meter location and machine number.

To report a broken meter, please contact the Division of Parking Management at 240.777.8740 Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Information on how to appeal or dispute a parking violation citation is located on the back of ticket.
