Maryland Health Connection, Verification Drop Box for Medicaid for Families and Children

When enrolling in the Maryland Health Connection (MHC) system a customer will be asked for documentation, which may be submitted by the customer using the consumer portal. If customer is unable to access their account on the consumer portal it can be emailed to: OESS@montgomerycountymd.gov; or dropped in a drop box at: 8818 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD. 20910. Please note: neither Rockville or Germantown has a drop box.
