The Department of General Services has placed 4 ADA compliant portable restrooms in Downtown Silver Spring that are for the general public's use. These restrooms will be cleaned daily. The restroom at the back of the Civic Center will be cleaned once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Questions about the service can be forwarded to Dora.Thaxton@montgomerycountymd.gov.
