Montgomery Cares Clinics for Low Income Adults

Montgomery Cares provides primary medical care to low-income adults living in Montgomery County. Medical care is provided through community based clinics and fees vary. Please note: for Proyecto Salud, there will be a new Wheaton location as of September 1, 2017: Mobile units will set up in the parking lost of the Ambassador Apartments at 2729 University Blvd., West, 20902. Patients also have access to dental care through dental clinics in the area. The patient must first be seen by the primary care provider for services such as speciality care and dental, in order to obtain a referral.

Montgomery Cares does not provide: health insurance; financial assistance, emergency care, hospitalization costs. Pregnant women are not served, as there are Medicaid and Maternity Partnership Programs available. Medications are available at the clinics and are provided to patients only.
